Professional-use products

Several products we supply — including injectables, dermal fillers and botulinum toxins — are intended for use only by qualified medical practitioners and licensed professionals. By ordering such products you confirm you are authorised to purchase and handle them and will comply with all applicable laws and professional guidelines.

Pricing & taxes

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Wholesale quantity-break pricing may apply automatically as order quantity increases.
• GST is charged as applicable and shown at checkout.
• We may update prices and product availability at any time without notice.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm and accept orders subject to stock availability and verification. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item is unavailable or if pricing/listing errors occur.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and, where enabled, online payment via Razorpay and bank transfer. All amounts are recomputed and confirmed by us before dispatch.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. Once dispatched, our Shipping and Returns policies apply.

Limitation of liability
