Returns & Refunds

Because we supply skincare, medical-grade and temperature-sensitive products, our returns policy is designed to protect product safety and integrity. Please read carefully.

Eligible returns

We accept returns or replacements only where the product is:

  • Damaged in transit, or
  • Defective, expired, or
  • Not what you ordered (wrong item).

How to request a return

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video of the package and product, emailed to tradingakza@gmail.com or sent on WhatsApp to +91 93640 44983. An unboxing video greatly helps us process damage claims quickly.

Non-returnable items

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or where the cold chain/seal has been broken, unless they were defective or damaged on arrival. Injectables and other temperature- or prescription-sensitive products are non-returnable once accepted in good condition.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as a bank transfer for COD orders.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected (or a damage claim is approved).
  • Where a replacement is preferred, we will dispatch it at no extra shipping cost.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return conditions above apply.
